With over 3 decades of professional experience as a leader across various industries, including media, digital technologies, and executive education, Nikolaus Weil brings a unique blend of skills and insights to his coaching practice. Nikolaus has worked with diverse groups of leaders, founders and organizations. He has facilitated a wide range of learning and development formats including executive education programs, leadership & team development workshops, as well as peer to peer learning groups that have provided consistent value, growth, personal development and transformational outcomes to his clients.   

Nikolaus is trained as a Trauma-Informed Coach and Consultant (TICC) with Thomas Huebel/Mobius, Co-Active Coach (under ICF Standards) and Learning Love Institute and NLP practitioner. He has been actively involved in various roles with international leadership communities such as Young President’ Organisation (YPO) and Singularity University (SU). He frequently appears as a public speaker on organizational transformation, education and trauma informed leadership.  

Nikolaus also holds a law degree from the University of Munich, Germany. After working as a transactional attorney in the entertainment industry, he founded a boutique film financing business. His credits as an executive producer include Planet Earth, Deep Blue, SimsalaGrimm, The Great Match and Happily N’ever After.  He then co-founded a fund management company for structured finance in the telecommunications infrastructure industry. He co-owned the Singularity University Germany franchise, an executive education program for digital transformation. Nikolaus has been an active angel investor in media, health, education and technology.
